We understand that sometimes a student may not be satisfied with our course. To ensure Clarity and Satisfaction of customers. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

Eligibility for refund

1. The refund will only be provided if the student expresses dissatisfaction with our course content, teaching methods, or overall learning experience. We appraise assessment and motivate students to communicate any concerns they may have during the initial 30 days.
2. If a student decides not to pursue the course due to any other reason not related to dissatisfaction, such as personal circumstances or schedule conflicts, the refund policy will not be acknowledged.
However, we are more than happy to help the student in finding a convenient alternative course within our institution.

Leave Policy

To be eligible for a refund, the student should not be absence during the first 30 days of the course. This policy makes sure that students earnestly engage in the learning process and gives them a fair opportunity to evaluate our service. If a student has taken any leave during this period, they will not be eligible for a refund under the money-back guarantee.

Refund Process:

1. if a student meets the eligibility criteria stated above, they must inform our administrators within 30 days from the start of the course about their dissatisfaction and their desire to avail the money- back guarantee.
2. Our administrator’s team will reassess the student ‘s request and may pursue additional information to understand the specific concerns heightened.
3. If the student ‘s request is approved, the refund will be processed within 1 days from the date of approval.
4. The refund amount will be calculated by deducting the cost of sessions the student has already attended during the 30-day period from the total course fee.

Please note that the deducted amount will be based on the individual session cost as per the course fee structure. This makes sure a fair adjustment for the classes the student has already participated in.

This addition ensures that students receive a partial refund reflecting the session they have not attended while allowing us to cover the cost associated with the session they have already completed.
